Leadership

Dalton Carabajal brings over a decade of real estate and construction experience across Texas, shaped by a legacy of entrepreneurship. Raised in a family where real estate and investment were part of daily life, Dalton gained early exposure to ownership, business strategy, and execution. While studying Business Marketing and Management at Texas Tech University, he began working in residential leasing, management, and administration - building the foundation for his career.

In brokerage, Dalton has represented clients across residential, commercial, and investment estates -- from first-time homebuyers to seasoned operators. His transaction history includes acquisitions, dispositions, landlord and tenant representation, and portfolio optimization strategies across asset classes.

Alongside his brokerage work, Dalton serves as a project manager for a seasoned general contractor in DFW. He currently oversees shell finishes, data center buildouts, retrofit improvements, tenant interiors, and make-ready projects - often coordinating directly with owners, brokers, and asset managers. This combination of brokerage insights and construction management experience allows Dalton to approach every assignment with both strategic vision and operational command.
